Sorry everyone for the long delay in responding. I'm afraid Sermon Browser is only one of many things I do, and this is the earliest opportunity I've had! Let me try and answer all the outstanding queries. Please say if miss anything.
@Daniel: The missing href tags are still a mystery, sorry. I'm keeping working on it though!
@Matthew: There's no way to import RSS feeds into SermonBrowser, sorry.
@David: I guess you've fixed your problem with the missing sermon in admin now?
@Matthew: As you've now disabled SermonBrowser I'm not able to answer your questions. Please ask again if it's still an issue.
@Tim & co: There's a few problems you mention. (1) Buffering: I'm going to try a different way of playing files in the next version due for release soon. (2) The problem with deleted files not disappearing from the Uploads page is also fixed in the next version, thanks to Matthew Hiatt. (3) There's a sermon browser uninstall under Options if you ever need to get rid of the plugin altogether.
@Matthew Hiatt: The new version will fix the problem with Office 2007 files.
@Juan: Thanks for contacting Living Stone Ministries. I've added LBRV support to the next version!
@RobF, @David Lindner: Hmm... I thought I'd fixed that problem with the invalid feed. I'll look again. Hopefully it will make it into the next version - which I'll try and release later today.

@RobF: I think the problem you're experiencing was fixed in 0.37.3 (which you have). Try re-saving your options, or failing that, resetting them to default.
@David Lindner: You're still running 0.37.2. The problem you have was fixed in 0.37.3. You should upgrade to that version.
