We are using Sermon Browser with Wordpress 3.8 and the Genesis theme. Everything works wonderfully well except for the WP audio player, which puts the volume control down below the control bar. I'm sure it has to do with the slider dimension, but I cannot seem to find where to correct it.

I've tried searching the forum for an answer, as I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem, but with no success.

This link should show what I mean -

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Scott150,

I've looked at your site in Firefox, IE, and Chrome (all on Windows 7) and your player looks good in all three.  Did you do something to fix the problem, or are you still seeing the problem?  If so, which browser and operating system are you using when you see the problem?

I am using Firefox with Win7 Pro. I hadn't thought to look at how it was rendered in other browsers.

If it shows up OK in yours, I guess I'll not worry about it. Is there a way to attach an image? If so, I'll add a clip to show you what I mean.

Thanks for the help.

If you want to post a screenshot, you could upload it to your website, and then post the link here.  If you'd rather, you could upload it to imgur.com and post the URL here.

Here is what your site looks like to me, with Firefox on Windows 7:

Thanks, again, for the input. Your browser renders differently than mine, although I;m using Firefox with Windows 7.

This little piece shows where the volume locates using my system. The only thing I can figure is the there is a difference between the 32 and 64 bit versions (Mine is 64). Could this be possible?

Following your suggestion, I checked out other browsers and found that it renders perfectly well in IE, Chrome, Safari and Opera as well as in my Nexus 10 and Droid phone. I believe I'm making a mountain out of a molehill and, while its a puzzlement, its also not worth the effort.

As suggested, I posed a small clip to Imgur.com: http://imgur.com/gallery/StV8fAc/new

I only did this so you know that I'm not crazy. I should have checked other browsers first before wasting your time. Thanks.

No problem, I don't think you're crazy.  :)

I can't explain why your page looks differently in your Firefox than in mine, but maybe you are right about the browser version being different.  I'm running 32-bit Firefox 26.0 on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

If you have any other questions, let me know.

FYI: I reset/reinstalled Firefox and, voila, the problem is no more. One of these days I'll get my act together and look for the obvious first.

Thanks again.
