I have been uploading mp3 files for over one year without a glitch. However, now when I upload an mp3 file, I get a message that states that the file "already exists”. This occurs even though the file had never been uploaded before.
This results in the file NOT being linked properly to the sermon and when one clicks on the "play" or "download" buttons, they do not work correctly.
I have attempted everything that I could think of ….. Deleted the uploaded files, renamed them and reloaded them. I tried uploading from a different computer.
I've also searched the forums for a fix to the problem but have not yet been able to solve the problem. Please help.
