Hi all, thanks in advance for any help you can give me on this. I've scoured the forums and I think the problem I'm having is with my preferred audio plugin, degradable html5 audio (http://soukie.net/degradable-h…..eo-plugin/)

if you go here: http://www.allsaintscarmel.org…..s/sermons/ you will see the beginnings of a site I'm developing. I've inserted a 'test' audio file (the same as the sermon) at the top, which plays just fine. however, the sermon at the bottom (within the plugin) is stuck on the dreaded 'buffering'. I'm using firefox with all current updates installed. in chrome, the top player works and the bottom player doesn't.

the shortcode for my preferred player is[audio src="url"] so I have tried both

[audio src="http://www.allsaintcarmel.org/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/sermons/%SERMONURL%"]

and [audio src="%SERMONURL%"]

but neither works.

Also, when I added another sermon just now, I got a PHP error which flashed on the screen too quickly for me to read it, and then the sermon seemed to get added successfully. Not sure if that's related.

Try this for the mp3 shortcode:[audio src="%SERMONURL%" format="mp3"]

Thanks! that got me closer but now it's stuck on 'buffering' and never plays. I tried format="auto" with same result.

Thanks.  Which browser are you using to view your site?

I've tried ff 8, chrome, and ie (through ie tab extension in ff). ff has script blocker extension installed but I disabled it for testing.
