Hi, I am just starting out to setup this plugin. I can delete services and series that I add but not those that came with the template. Can anyone suggest a reason for this please?

I read the link and made the changes.  All preachers, series and services are now showing, but I still can't delete anything.  Any suggestions?

Same issue here. I've made all the changes, fresh install on both WP and SB but unable to delete services.
