I have a similar problem as indicated by earllavagnino (post of 1:52 am 11 January, 2011)

But, unlike his problem (uploading the wrong file – php instead of mp3), all my steps seem to be appropriate. I read his posts to you and your solutions and made sure I was good on all of them – and in addition corrected some php.ini file issues (max_file_size=15m and input_time=600).

But, for some reason even though every thing looks great in my control panel, the files it is not working.

A clue may be an error I get on the browser page:
