I would like my "Filters" section to look like it does on the Screen Shot (below), which has the nice, clean drop down sections by category.

Instead, my "Filters" just lists text of everything: preachers, book, series, etc., like example below, which is not my preference:

How can I change this? Any help is much appreciated.

In the WordPress control panel, click on Sermons, Options. Change "Filter type" from "One-click" to "Drop-down."
