First off, great plug.  Real beauty.

 

Second – I can't get the search form with the drop down menus to appear.  I can get this:

, but not something in a convenient form.  I am using the [filters_form] shortcode, but am not having any luck.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I think you need to select "drop-down" in the Filter Type option radio buttons – this is on the Basic Options section. I don't know where you are referring to the short-code, but my MP3 Shortcode setting is [ audio:%SERMONURL% ] (remove spaces) — I don't ever remember setting this, nor do I know what it does!! (This is also on the Basic Options section, just above the Filter Type section).
