Replacing AudioPlayer with iPhone friendly non-flash player

As the mobile market continues to explode, many of my churchgoers download sermons for listening on their iPhones and Androids. But the Flash requirement of AudioPlayer causes big error messages to show up on mobile divices on any post or page that has a shortcode that calls audio files.

Is there a way to swap out AudioPlayer for something like WPAudio? Or does that require a significant rewrite of the code? Not a programmer here….
