Hello,
I am using your sermon browser in wordpress and am a novice podcaster. I would like to know why my podcast link is not working please. my website is bethelmedia.in and public link is http://bethelmedia.in/?podcast and it shows a blank rss page. also the private one deosnt work. Could it be because i uploaded using ftp program and not through the website? Thank you,

I seem to be having the same problem as Obed. My podcast feed used to produce valid XML (http://pasadena-ep.org).
Also, I was browsing some error logs and noticed that there are SQL parsing issues if an audio/pdf file has a single quote in the filename. Example:[13-Oct-2008 06:25:27] WordPress database error You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's Private Stash – 07-31-05 TLW.mp3', 0, 0)' at line 1 for query INSERT INTO wp_sb_stuff VALUES (null, 'file', 'Achan's Private Stash – 07-31-05 TLW.mp3', 0, 0); made by sb_scan_dir

Thanks for the answer Dave. The link though is produced by Sermon browser itself (default) and it is supposed to show the list of uploaded sermons.
These errors logs are they from your website? Have you got to resolve them somehow(although I am not much a programmer as well just understand a few things there)

@Vicky: style.php (in the sb-includes folder) seems to be missing. Try uploading it again.
@Obed & @Dave: You've spotted a bug, I'm afraid. Podcasts are not working properly when permalinks are turned off. I'll look to fix it in the next update. Sorry!
@Dave: The SQL error is another bug. I'll try and fix that too.

Hi Mark, Sorry to again bother you.. the link http://bethelmedia.in/?page_id=9&podcast isnt working anymore. You were right it worked when I checked the link before. I copied the same link to public (in options) and now both arent showing on rss page. Any ideas why this has happened? I even recopied the sermon browser update (ftp) again to make sure.

@Obed: Try resetting the Sermon-Browser options to default. If that doesn't work, trying the following link as your public feed: http://bethelmedia.in/?page_id=9&podcast
Let me know how you get on, and I may be able to fix this permanently in the future.

Hi Mark, I have reinstalled the latest update you gave once again and reset to default as you said and now it seems to be working fine again(not sure what happened before). The podcasts are also working fine on itunes and are downloadable.
Thank again for this fine program and hard work you created many people in this church (one of the biggest in south india) will be blessed,

Sorry but again when i checked today the same link you sent me (default link for the podcasts) again shows blank rss page. I have not done any changes on options page.

@Obed: Your feed (http://bethelmedia.in/?page_id=9&podcast) works fine for me, and validates correctly (apart from some missing dates for some of your sermons). What podcast software are you using?
@Juan: I use other websites to bring in the bible text. I don't know of any Spanish-language websites that provide this. If you find one, I would be happy to add it. You could also contact Living Stones Ministries" and ask them if they would be willing to add Spanish texts to their service. If they do, I could add them to sermonbrowser. You could also read this question in the FAQ which describes ways of integrating SermonBrowser with other Wordpress bible plugins. eBibleicious should support them SpanishRV.
Did you know you can also translate SermonBrowser into Spanish (or any other language) by using PoEdit software? If you do this, please let me know, and I'll include your translation in future versions for other users. Thanks.
@Chad: You can include recent sermons in your sidebar using the included widget (go to Design/Widgets in your blog admin). Or you can edit your template files directly: see this FAQ for guidance.
