"No files found" even after transferring files via FTP

I've tried uploading via FTP and using the sermon browser uploader in Wordpress. I've removed all special characters and spaces from the filenames. But it seems no matter what I try, when I go to add a sermon, if I select "choose an existing file" it says "no files found."

Also, still having trouble uploading larger files, even after changing the php.ini settings as instructed. Our server is on bluehost.com.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Under Sermons, Options, what do you have for "Upload folder"?

On our site, we have this set at:
/wp-content/uploads/sermons/

If you post a link to your site, we might be able to help you figure out what it should be for your site.

My upload folder was set as //home5/yfcasiap/public_html/trailhead/wp-content/uploads/sermons/ but I changed it to what you suggested, and that fixed it. Thanks!

Any ideas on enabling uploads of larger files besides modifying php.ini?

I'm glad you got it working. I'm sorry, I don't have a suggestion for you about uploading larger files. I always upload with FTP, so I didn't have to worry about editing php.ini.
