Greetings. First this is an amazing plugin. Thank you to the creator (pun intended) for your efforts.

I have everything customized just about how I want it. The one thing I can't figure out is how to add a link on the sermon page to return to the parent listing or previous listing. Basically I need a back button or an up button. We are using full page templates with a drop down menu above, and it isn't clear when viewing a single sermon how to return to the main list.

I tried putting a manual link in the sermon template area, but either wordpress or the sermon browser modified that link and added an ID to it making it redundant. My original link was:

(<a href"http://www.libertyupc.org/reso…..>Return to Sermons and Bible Studies</a>)<br /><br />

But when you mouseover the link you get:

http://www.libertyupc.org/reso…..ermon_id=6

How can I get a back or up button? Thanks!

I've tried to reply to your post 3 times this is the 4th. but the site keeps erroring. hoping you get this one. you need to create a link back to your sermons page.

ha! it worked that time. create a link back to this page: a href="http://www.libertyupc.org/resources/messages/"
I obviously can't put in the code or the site will error.

This is exactly what I have already tried. I just added it again to the Sermon Page Template at the bottom of the template.
I added, saved, and went back and verified that the template has the following line:

<a href"http://www.libertyupc.org/reso…..>Return to Sermons and Bible Studies</a>

But when you view the sermon page for any sermon, it adds the sermon id to the URL to take the user to effectively the same place:

http://www.libertyupc.org/reso…..rmon_id=13

Very annoying. I am currently working around the problem by enabling the site menu on the right side of my pages, something I decided I kind of like anyway. I did leave the link in the Sermon Page template to show the problem, but I will take it out in a few days as it makes my site look bad!
