The latest sermon I've uploaded isn't showing a download link, even though all the other sermons are:

Does anyone know what the issue could be?

Issue now fixed.

The problem was the recent audio files I uploaded ended with .MP3 instead of .mp3

The function sb_print_url_link in frontend.php requires the filename ends in .mp3, which is why the download link wasn't been added for the files ending in .MP3. Simply had to rename the file extension to the expected value.
