Help! Can't figure out buffer problem

I'm stumped. When I go to play a sermon the audio player opens but it hangs on "buffering". I have reinstalled everything but to no avail. What is the problem? Can anyone help me?

OK, found the solution to the buffering problem. Delete the shortcode from the visual tab, select the HTML tab and paste it here. Presto!

I'm having the same issue, but when I redid the code in the sermon page in html it didn't make any difference. Still getting the continual buffering. 

 

Any helpful advice?
