Hello! I'm the creator of the StartBox theme framework and I've just had a user drop in my forum to say they couldn't activate your plugin. I quickly realized that the error is due to our similar function namespacing (sb_function_name).

Fortunately, it looks like the only place we collide is with sb_get_option() and sb_update_option(), unfortunately those are pretty integral functions for both of us.

I would have just renamed my own functions, but due to their nature there could be any number of users putting them to work in their own themes (one of StartBox's major selling points is its flexible options page). So, I've come humbly before you to see if we can work out some kind of a compromise. Are you guys in a position where you could do a mass find+replace for the function names throughout, or might you have an event better solution?
