In the WordPress control panel under Sermons, Options, what do you have for "upload folder"? Try changing it to:
/wp-content/uploads/sermons/
Don't forget the slash at the beginning.
Please let us know if that works or if you need more help.

Yes, I have that exactly, but still it won't play. I am using Audio Player Plugin for the player also. Is there a piece of code I need to add?

I think your Podcasting plugin is conflicting with Sermon Browser. Deactivate the Podcasting plugin and see if Sermon Browser starts working.

That didn't help either. For now, I am giving up, it's not worth the headaches. I have each sermon as it's own post with the audio player and iTunes finds it so I am just going to keep it that way for now. Thanks though.
