I noticed in Church on Sunday that the podcast list wasn't working and wasn't displaying any podcasts, the filter or the count.

I traced the problem to a file with a space in the name. Knowing from previous reading that this can be problematic I renamed the file in the FTP software and also in the wp_sb_stuff table using PHPMYADMIN.

This didn't make a difference, so I emptied the table again using PHPMYADMIN. Immediately the list was restored in full.

I restored the table and deleted the line related to the offending file. No change.

On the assumption that the sermon originally linked to the file may be at fault, I also emptied the wp_sb_sermons table and restored a backup taken prior to this sermon (backup dated late September). Again this appears to work correctly until a file is linked to a sermon from the automatically repopulated wp_sb_stuff table and the filter disappears and the sermon count is fixed at one regardless of how many sermons are linked. Although ten sermons are displayed by this does not list the full count of sermons recorded since we moved to WordPress this summer.

Clearly having a podcast list we can't link audio files to is rather counter-productive, so I'd really appreciate anyone who can give me a pointer in the right direction before my wife confiscates the laptop for grumbling at it too long.
