Hi there,

I've got two sites that I'm managing.
Both have the same versions of WordPress, SermonBrowser and AudioPlayer.
Yet one site displays the file_with_download links fine, the other doesn't.

I'm using exactly the same template code and the WordPress template has no effect.
The audio player works fine, and the download link works fine, but they won't appear together.

The template code lines I'm using:
<td class="files">[files_loop][file_with_download][/files_loop]</td>
[files_loop][file_with_download][/files_loop]

bhmc.org.uk/sermons — working
cuckfieldbaptistchurch.co.uk/resources/sermons — not working

I'm baffled… any thoughts would be appreciated.

Many thanks,
Hugh

Hugh, I'd like you to post your Sermon Browser Search results page templates to pastebin.com.

If you've never used pastebin.com before, it is really simple. Just go to one of your sites and copy all of the text in the Search results page template box. Then go to http://pastebin.com and paste the template text into the box you see there. When you click "Submit" it will send you to a new page. Post a link to that page here. Then do the same thing again for your other site and post that link here, too.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi,

I've actually found the problem I think…

Turns out only files with the extension .mp3 are showing the download link, where extensions are capitalised .MP3 they don't work.

Is there a fix?
Or will I need to rename all files?

Thanks,
Hugh

Nice catch. I don't know of a fix for this, other than renaming your files.
