I noted that sermons were not playing on many computers although they  played on some others.  It turned out after some work that sermon browser stores the upload_url from the URL from wp-admin.  In my case, I force all wp-admin work to be done in https, but I use my owned signed certificate for the https.  So from my computer and others that have approved the certificate the mp3 is played correctly.  Others that have not approved the certificate, get the "file not found" error.  I would suggest adding the upload_url to the options page along with the options upload_folder.  For now I have changed the code in sermon.php to attach the proper url to the file name before playing.
