I have found what i think is the problem but am unable to find a solution.

Audio Player 2.0.4.1 (with iphone patch) (http://blueprint.intereactive?…..ut-player/)
Sermon Browser 0.45.3
Wordpress 3.1.3 (just upgraded from 3.1.2 same issue back to 3.0)
Using a Self Signed SSL Cert for wp-admin and a few other areas of the site.

The audio player when accessed via Sermon browser stream (reditects the feed) to a https url. I have been able to work around this by installing the cert in the browser and it works perfectly. Using firebug and a few other tools in firefox, i have found that the redirect occurs when the ?show&file_name tag is in the url

URL in wordpress (leaving off the ht so it shows full url)
tp://www.domain.com/worship/sermons/?show&file_name=filename.mp3
this is redirected to

Path to file
tps://www.domain.com/audio/sermons/filename.mp3

I am also using the audio player plugin on other areas of the site (no sermon browser), and have no problem accessing files
in the same directory.

The other SB sites i have looked through that are working do not use any ssl cert's on their site (from what i can tell)
