OfflineMy site has been working fine since last November with over 400 sermons. All the sudden something has gone wrong.
http://www.walkingcomplete.org
When the player is clicked, the error message "file not found" appears.
On the SB dashboard in the sermons list, the url links are missing. I tried to add one back in but it disappears after saving the changes.
My featured messages widget that is working fine and I have hard coded podcast links that are also working fine.

Database problem?? I don't know where to begin. But it seems like there are lots of us having the same issue and I have found a consistent fix in the other forum topics.
Can someone help me know where to begin?
I am hosting with Host Gator, wander if the others that have had the same issue also use them….any ideas on what could be the common thread on those of us experiencing this problem.
PS… The issue began BEFORE I upgraded to WP3. I thought upgrading might fix the problem so I upgraded after the problem started. Nothing changed.

Offlinewalkingcomplete,
When I click on the download link on your site, the site dims, like a typical lightbox plugin would do. For an example, click on the following link, then click on the download link:

Are you by any chance running some sort of photo lightbox plugin or photo gallery plugin? Perhaps it is interfering with the function of Sermon Browser.

OfflineLooking at your page, it looks like you might have plugins named something like this:
Try deactivating these plugins, then refresh your page and see if Sermon Browser works.

Offlinewalkingcomplete,
I've been doing a little digging in sermon.php, function sb_hijack(). I have a question for you. Is the "allow_url_fopen" parameter turned ON or OFF for your server?
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, here is the easiest way to check. Install the WordPress plugin called "WordPress phpinfo()". After you activate it, in the Tools menu you'll see a new option called "WordPress phpinfo()". Click on it. Then click on the bar that says "phpinfo() Results".
In the results that appear, there is a section not too far down from the top called "Configuration: PHP Core." Look for the directive named "allow_url_fopen" and see if it is set to ON or OFF for both the Local Value and Master Value.
Please let me know what you find out.

OfflineHi Ben, thank you for looking into this again. We just moved to a new state and I have had to place the problem on the back burner. Its so sad though, cause all my 400+ sermons are basically useless until I figure this out. I hate to start from scratch and I have no idea how to fix this. So again, thank you so much! and God bless your efforts to support this forum as you do.
I followed your directions and yes, both values are ON
