Embed attachment disappears after hitting save

After adding an embed code to a specific sermon and hitting "save", my embed attachment and the "add embed code" box disappears like I've never added one. There is no error code or message. The embedded video never appears on the site. Any ideas?

Could you post a link to your site?

This is a guess, but I'm wondering if there is some sort of error in the embed code that you are entering that Sermon Browser is rejecting. Could you post an example of the embed code that you are trying to add?
