OfflineHaving problems with a download file. It is doing this on a couple of files. The file is there and will play but when anyone tries to download it it is 0kb.
Any idea how to fix this?

OfflineI had this exact same problem. The issue was, I had a stray .htaccess file in my sermons directory which itself had some coding that (I hoped) would block referrals from certain websites. Check the hidden files in your sermons folder and see. If you do see one in there, rename it and then try to download something.

In the plugin directory or the uploads folder where sermons are?
In the folder where the sermons are. Here's the link to the thread where I had this problem: http://www.sermonbrowser.com/f…..dont-work/

OfflineI am having an issue with the download link, however in lieu of downloading anything it produces a shadowbox and another player that doesn't play anything. Can someone take a peak and let me know what the issue may be?

Torrey – you are using an absolute path (http://www.xxx.xxx) to your MP3. Have you tried uploading the files to the default upload directory for Sermon Browser, and selecting the file from the drop-down box so that SB automatically fills in the path to the file? (If I am way off base, someone else feel free to jump in, since I am nowhere near a programmer). It's trying to play the file instead of allowing it to be downloaded.

OfflineTorrey, it looks to me like you are running the Shadowbox JS plugin, and I think that this plugin is automatically intercepting the download link. If you don't need Shadowbox JS, you can Deactivate it. If you are using Shadowbox JS for something else on your site, you can turn off the automatic links for mp3 files. Go to Settings, Shadowbox JS. Under "Shadowbox Automation," change "Music Links" to "false" and then click the "Save Changes" button. Hopefully that works!
