Creating new sermon, seems to upload ok but its not visible

My client is a very happy user of this plugin, you can see it in action here: http://www.bentleybaptist.org/…..s/sermons/

Anyhow, lately they are having issues with creating sermons. It all seems to be working, like it uploads up until 100% then just refreshes and there is no sign of the new sermon. I've got them to use a couple different browsers/computers to test and they are having the same issue.

But when I did a test, it worked fine.. So, could it be some firewall issue? please help if you have an ideas..

found the issue.. turns out there was a file upload limited in the php.ini file..

I'm having the same problem but I don't know how to edit it to fix that
