Can't find series shortcode?

UPDATE: I figured it out. All I had to do was create a sermon using the series and then it showed up in the list.

Howdy all,

I just tried to create a new series and no matter what I do I can't seem to find the series code? The new series doesn't show up in the list. Help!

I'm unable to add a new series or add a new service, whenever I type in a new series or service name it never gets added. I can rename an existing series or service but can't add a new one.

Good day!! :o) I do not know for a fact, but I believe that I have read in another thread that you cannot manually create a new series, service, or preacher until an initial sermon is setup with those requirements one time. After that, you can do so as long as there is a preacher tied to the sermon. Like I said, I am not certain, but I "think" I read that somewhere. That or I have been look at too many bug issues here in the forums trying to help :o)
