Amazon S3 "file not found"

We're hosting our files on Amazon S3, we have thousands of sermons we're uploading.

For some reason when I use the URL option to link the file it's giving me a 'file not found' error when clicking play. If i upload the file through sermon browser it works fine. I have set the files on S3 to be public and there are no spaces in the filename.

Any ideas?
