404 error when adding a sermon

Hi all. Everything was working wonderfully until a couple of days ago when my pastor was uploading a sermon. Now we get a 404 error each time we try to upload a sermon. I'm not really sure how the page isn't found now. Anyone have any ideas on where to start? Thanks so much!
